Some parents are prevented from taking this crucial step because they fear they might not like the answer.Kennethwongsfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07963630600109933279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-91591272578236299352008-12-25T17:27:00.000-05:002008-12-25T17:27:00.000-05:00Fabulous post. I do it all the time with my lot, but wouldn't express it anywhere near as well as you have.Lad Litterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17888240712204499841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-56274494616125800512008-12-23T16:51:00.000-05:002008-12-23T16:51:00.000-05:00Happy Birthday, dear Diva!Happy Birthday, dear Diva!Mama Llamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04392701844744910258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-71459390639139381552008-12-22T20:53:00.000-05:002008-12-22T20:53:00.000-05:00I've been learning it over and over with three of ...I've been learning it over and over with three of them over the last seventeen years. It really is so interesting to think about how we end up who we are in those moments.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-24133066775978901732008-12-22T14:40:00.000-05:002008-12-22T14:40:00.000-05:00It's so great watching kids grow up and become the...It's so great watching kids grow up and become their own person. It happens fast. Your diva sounds great!

Now, I can't ignore the man who tried making smalltalk with you. YOu didn't say anything about him - maybe he's too old, too young, too married - but it reminded me of a blog post you did where a man tried making smalltalk with you in a coffee house.

Both times, you didn't respond to their attempts!

So, when I suggest you pursue men locally, I guess what I mean is - have your radar up so that when these moments enter your life, you are ready to accept them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-36927814343926871112008-12-22T12:37:00.000-05:002008-12-22T12:37:00.000-05:00Watching these babies grow and come into their own...Watching these babies grow and come into their own is so gratifying. I have a community of friends whose eldest children are the same age as Diva and you can really see their individual personalities starting to blossom, much more so at that 3rd grade level than back in 2nd or 1st grade yet. It is so much fun.

I hope you two have a marvelous trip out West! Stay warm and healthy!

Be well, TE.Mama Llamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04392701844744910258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9218017137310902714.post-64540932575625119392008-12-22T12:11:00.000-05:002008-12-22T12:11:00.000-05:00Isn't it true??? She so enjoys performing and learning and exploring. Yep, that's me but as you say, there are so many points of her that clearly aren't.

Wow, to see our children through a third party perspective would be an intriguing experience. Hell, I'd love to see myself that way too!!

She sounds like a party animal! :)https://www.blogger.com/profile/10112766306021310705noreply@blogger.com
